Project Description

The Fast Lane app is part of Membership Avenue, a brand dedicated to inbound and marketing automation for non-profits such as museums, zoos, botanical gardens and other civic attractions. The Fast Lane app is branded to the client and provides digital membership cards, ticketing, expedited admission, a calendar of events and a history/rewards section. The app uses beacon technology to determine the user’s behavior at the institution. All activity within the app is connected to marketing automation profiles so that users receive closely targeted marketing messages based not only on their digital activity but their real-world activity at the facility.
